Full project management service  

We manage the project implementation on behalf of the investor until meet the expected quality. As a role of project manager, VIET CONNECTION CO.,LTD also helps to solve the necessary legal procedures with local authorities as well as report to the investor on the progress, cost, and quality of the project. 

Inspection and acceptance record consulting  

Supervision consultancy includes quality management work from inspection, monitoring and acceptance of materials, equipment and human inspection, contractor's work throughout the construction process. In addition, we also help investors manage construction progress, support the investor in collection, preparation, and evaluation of as-built document of the construction to complete the necessary legal procedures for acceptance of construction works and put them into use in accordance with the law.      

Design and estimate Verification  

Assist investors in checking to ensure that the design is safe, satisfy the needs of use, in accordance with current standards and eliminate the unnecessary details. Verification of estimates eliminates the redundant details and ensures design estimation are reasonable.

Construction quality inspection  

Assist investors in determining the stability quality and value of the building in use. This service also helps evaluate the ability to change the function of the work to help the investor design and plan the improvement with reasonable cost.
